Glassboro Annual Health Fair
Free screenings for cholesterol, diabetes and blood pressure will be offered, and visitors will enjoy demonstrations by local karate and dance troops. Health-themed games, rides and activities for children will be available, along with free refreshments for all. There will also be a free raffle with drawings throughout the event. Maryville Treatment Centers, the Gloucester County Department of Health and the Gloucester County Emergency Response team are scheduled be on hand to provide information along with Glassboro Crime Prevention, D.A.R.E., the Glassboro Fire Department and more. Glassboro's Annual Memorial Day Parade
Join the Borough for their Annual Memorial Day Parade. Starting at 10 am, the route starts on Lehigh and works its way into Glassboro’s Downtown. The Parade features Mummer brigades, all military division representatives, local pageant winners, local and professional bands, clowns, balloons bicycle brigade and lots of fun stuff for the kids. At the end of the parade, a ceremony is held at the local Fire House and Memorial Garden on High Street featuring a military dedication for the members of our community who have lost their lives during combat. Glassboro's Annual Cruise Nite Car Show
Join fellow automotive enthusiasts as they show off their vehicles at the 2012 Annual Cruise Nite Car Show in downtown Glassboro. Cars, trucks and motorcyles of all kinds line College Avenue, Academy Street and High Street, while food vendors from around the area meet the needs of all your culinary tastebuds. 17th Annual Unity Day Celebration
Starting at 10 am, join the Borough as the residents celebrate their diverse cultures in a fun filled family day. Local and professional bands grace the stage all day until 4 pm. There is food from all around the world. Kids amusements, crafters, a small car show, an art show and 4H demonstrations. Everyone is welcome. The event takes place on College Avenue if weather permits. If we have inclement weather the event will take place at Bullock Elementary School on New Street. Crafter registration is $35. Glassboro Photos With Santa
For only $5 and a donation of two (2) non-perishable food items, you can get your picture taken with Santa between the hours of 9 am – 12 pm. Glassboro will partner with the Glassboro High School Music Boosters to collect food to donate to Glassboro non profits.
