Joseph A. Brigandi, Jr. is the Borough Administrator. The Borough Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the town. Joe is a lifelong resident of Glassboro, where he currently resides with his wife, Elaine, and their children Joey III, Sean and Bethany.

Joe served as a Councilman in Glassboro from 1991-1998, and as Council President for two years. While serving on Glassboro Council, Joe spearheaded the creation of the Glassboro Economic Development Corporation, where he served as a founding member and vice-chairman of the corporation.

Joe also serves as a Gloucester County Freeholder.
